Backoffice
Menu management system for restaurants
This is the tool behind the menu, not the menu itself — the panel where you change prices, mark dishes unavailable, and publish new items. The change propagates immediately to the digital menu, the printable PDF and every active language.
What you can do in the backoffice
This is where you manage day-to-day content, without depending on us for every small change.
- Change a dish's price
- Mark a dish sold out mid-service, and switch it back on later
- Add a new dish, with photography and a description
- Publish a daily special or a weekend menu
One change, every format updated
A restaurant's menu usually lives in more than one place — the interactive menu, the printable PDF, maybe a version shared on social media. Keeping them all in sync by hand is where most pricing mistakes happen. Here, you change it once and the backoffice automatically updates the digital menu, the PDF and every language version at the same time.
No waiting for the next print run
The most practical difference shows up mid-service: a dish sells out halfway through lunch, or a supplier falls through and an ingredient changes — mark it unavailable in the backoffice and the next guest who opens the menu already won't see the option. No need to tell every guest who asks in person.
Who uses the backoffice
Built for whoever runs the restaurant, not a technical team. Routine changes — a price, availability, a new dish — are made directly, without depending on us. For bigger changes, like restructuring the whole menu or launching a new section, we're still here to help.
How you learn to use it
You're not left to figure it out alone. Onboarding — the same process that sets up the menu, the QR code and social media — includes showing you how to use the backoffice for day-to-day changes. No prior or separate technical training required.
Backoffice FAQ
Do I need technical knowledge to use the backoffice?
No. It's built for whoever runs the restaurant day to day, no technical team required.
How long does a change take to show up for the guest?
It's immediate. As soon as you save the change in the backoffice, it's visible the next time someone opens the menu.
Does the change appear in the PDF and the other languages too?
Yes. A backoffice change propagates automatically to the digital menu, the printable PDF and every active language.
Can I restructure the whole menu myself?
Routine changes are made directly. For a bigger restructuring — a new section, a new layout — we're still here to help.
